The Art and Mystery of Brewing in Ontario: has given back something very special to all Ontario beer lovers-a brewing heritage that we can call our own! This entertaining compendium of "brew-lore" chronicles the trade that has slaked the thirsts of the province for over 200 years, from the early efforts fo Helliwell and Bloor, to the oceans of suds produced by the corporate giants, and the specialties of today's micro breweries.

Whether you are a home-brewer, a connaisseur or merely curious about this fascinating area of Ontario history, you are sure to enjoy this book. Cheers!
