About the Author
Ken MacKenzie-Smith, a chartered accountant, listed in Marquis, Who's Who in the World, author of Stop Smoking the American Way, and The Profit Program, MacKenzie-Smith has been deeply involved in charitable work, including hon. auditor of the British Save the Children Fund, regional secretary of the British Heart Foundation, and a volunteer advisor to the Canadian Executive Service Organization, working with the First Nation and Third World countries. In his business career, he has travelled and eaten his way across 65 countries, hence his desire to compile this charitable cookbook.
